This policy describes the current RALLYFORT website and The RALLYFORT Supply Signal newsletter signup.
Information we collect
When you subscribe, we store your email address, the time and wording of your marketing consent, the policy version, signup source, and subscription status. We do not collect payment information. Checklist edits and budget values are held in your current browser session and are not submitted to our subscriber database.
How we use information
We use signup information to maintain the newsletter list and record permission to send weekly preparedness updates, readiness tips, product recommendations, and clearly labeled affiliate or sponsor offers. When you submit the signup form, we record your consent and your browser sends your email address to Kit, our newsletter provider, to manage signup, confirmation, subscription status, delivery, and unsubscribe requests. Kit may send signup confirmation or verification messages. Weekly campaigns have not started. Subscribing does not purchase a plan.
Storage and access
Subscriber information is stored in a server-side database through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. There is no public subscriber directory or browser-accessible database credential. Hosting providers process requests and may retain operational logs. For abuse prevention, the application keeps a temporary hourly hash derived from your network address, with a one-hour expiration; expired entries are removed on subsequent signup attempts.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell subscriber email addresses or provide them to sponsors. Businesses may sponsor clearly labeled newsletter placements. We may share aggregate audience or campaign statistics that do not identify individual subscribers. Service providers may process information to host the site and deliver requested emails. Kit processes your email address and technical request information, such as your network address, to provide signup and email services. Kit may record email engagement such as opens and clicks to operate the newsletter and measure its performance. Marketing consent is voluntary and the checkbox is not preselected.
Your choices and retention
You can choose not to subscribe. Every future marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. We retain signup records while needed to maintain your subscription and evidence of consent; suppression records may be retained to honor opt-outs. For privacy, consent withdrawal, or deletion requests, contact info@rallyfort.com. We may ask you to verify ownership of your email address before acting on a request. Kit maintains the live subscription and unsubscribe status; a locally saved signup request is not proof of a confirmed subscription.
Cookies and changes
This application does not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The hosting platform and Kit may use necessary security and anti-abuse technologies. The embedded Kit form can record form views, signup source, and technical browser information, and may use cookies or local storage for form behavior and abuse prevention. We will update this page when practices or providers change.
